At Rustico Highland Village we have many options for many different kinds of cravings and they are perfect for a dinner with the family to start your week off right. The first signature dish that we can’t recommend enough is our wood-fired grilled chicken served with arugula lemonette. This is a perfect dish for all of you healthy eaters out there! This comes with any side of your choosing. If you are going for a healthy meal, we recommend brussels sprouts or asparagus to complete this entree. If you enjoy chicken but are looking for something different, another signature dish is our amazing Chicken Parmesan. This dish is topped with shredded mozzarella and has a side of arugula lemonette. We also have a Chicken Marsala dish which is topped with marsala wine sauce and mushrooms. Another option for those taste buds who prefer white meat is our quail. Our Lockhart Grilled Quail is served over green chili grits and glazed with spicy plum sauce. If you are looking for something new to try, this is highly recommended!
